Everything is fine but lock holes are smaller than regular other storages. Standard storage lock is not fit that holes.

I'll never use this facility again, they raised the rent 3x in a little over a year paying 117.00 for 5x10 1st floor, email from Kevin was rude when I inquired about the rent hikes. Will also post on all media about Trojen.

The customer service here was unparalleled and the manager went out of his way to call me for confirmation of the storage unit as well as show me the ropes around the place. The area itself is very safe and they have someone watching the perimeter 24 hours. Super dope place with very reasonable rates, will definitely be recommending this place to friends!

Reserved a storage unit for the following week. Manager called me, told me about the storage and confirmed my reservation on the same day she called. Went on the scheduled day and was told there was no more available units and my reservation was just a inquiry. No where on the sheet did it says such. Left and about 20 min later I got a call from the staff. Staff was great, but they need to let customers know reservations are just a inquiry.

I moved from Bakersfield to Rancho Cucamonga and got stuck in traffic coming to the facility and the back of my truck was full of my belongings so leaving it overnight wasn't an option. I called Angela and she waited for us past normal closing hours. She knew right away that I'd need a bigger space and gave me one with the same Spare Foot/AAA discount. The facility was very clean and well lit. It's easy to find a place with these qualities, but customer service this good is hard to find. I'm so glad she was there to help. The whole experience of the long distance move was stressful enough. It was great the day ended well. Unbeknownst to me at the time I made my reservation, my parents also have a unit with Trojan and they highly recommended them... Now I know why! Thank you Trojan!

The lock didn't fit through because the hole was too small, yet they require a disc lock. Apparently you have to purchase their locks for $13.
